Today marks William Wallace Bass' 168th birthday and WE are celebrating! Because of his love for the Grand Canyon, he pressed on to ensure many people had the opportunity to experience the greatness her trails, rims, nature, sights and sounds had to offer. Because he dedicated his life to developing Bass Camp and his tourism business, he made a significant mark in the building of a tourism mecca this great destination has become known for across the world.
And because of his love, his work ethic and his devotion, we had the platform to create Grand Canyon Project™. We now are grateful for the history preserved which we can share with audiences today.
Here's to a trailblazer, a cowboy, a businessman, an advocate and entrepreneur...here's to you, W.W.! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
